That is usually caused by 1 of 2 possible reasons.
1. You used mistyped or used an invalid email address during the registration/order process.
In such a case contact our customer service, providing your name, address, order details and a valid e-mail address to get the problem corrected.
2. The emails have been caught in your email accounts spam filters. (This is usually the case for those using Hotmail, MSN or AOL email accounts)
In such a case check your email accounts spam filter for emails from us, and if you find them make sure that you mark them as not spam and/or add them to your email white list.
