You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (Lingerie and Swim-Wear), and have been unsealed.

Order cancellations must be made through our online return system, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s).

Once you have canceled your order and gotten your return information and tracking number (RMA) in the online return system, the goods should be returned to the address as stated there, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

The products is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, we recommend that you mark the parcel as a gift and that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

NOTE: We do not accept returns without a RMA number or returns sent with any costs attached upon delivery, they will automatically be returned back to the sender.
